Human body is made up of seven chakras. These chakras connect the entire body with the vital organs. They ensure smooth functioning of the body. They are responsible for well-being of a person which is overall wellness of mind, body and emotions. These chakras stimulate proper energy flow throughout the body. The seven chakras are:

  • Muladhara (root)
  • Swasthisthana (sacral)
  • Manipura (solar plexus)
  • Anahata (heart)
  • Vishuddha (throat)
  • Ajna (third eye)
  • Sahasrara (crown)

As we go through life, we have mixed emotions and experiences. Some of them don’t have a good influence on our bodies and hence give rise to negative and bad energy. This negativity blocks the chakras and thus interrupts their smooth functioning. The chakras in turn cannot function as per their roles and this inhibits the development of a person in the right direction. The unbalanced chakras also attract diseases and problems that weaken the immune system and hinder hormone production.

Once chakras are free and function as per their roles, they make a person the best version of himself. He is filled with positivity. He is enthusiastic about his life and never gets tired of having fun. The person becomes secure and isn’t afraid to share love with others. He can totally feel his inner turmoil and also his happiness. He is in touch with his true self and expresses himself openly. He has no irrational fears and gains a better perspective of things in his life.

CHAKRA THERAPY:The blocked and unbalanced chakras are treated through chakras therapy. This therapy frees the chakras and enables them to function properly once again. Chakras can be balanced or unblocked by various ways. Chakra sadhna (meditation), yoga, aroma, and colour therapy are the most renounced ways to deal with improper chakras. The most preferred and effective way to cure chakra unbalance is by wearing rudrakasha and gemstones. These gems and beads radiate energy and frequency in form of colours that resonate with chakras and thus remove problems from their path.

HEALING THROUGH AROMA THERAPY:Aroma therapy is the easiest and simplest way to balance chakras. Essential oils have aroma and various medicinal properties that come handy while treating psychological, physical, and energetic imbalances in one’s life. Aroma therapy can be executed in three ways. Ajna (third eye)

Vanilla, bergamot, lemon and orange. 


Neroli, jasmine, ylang ylang, frankincense and rose.
